01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Sugar Daddy - Brownies and Cookies ("The Sugar Daddy", "we", "our", or "us"). We are an artisanal bakery and cafe based at Fortune Buddha Building, SBI Colony Road, Bakkannapalem, Pothinamallayya Palem, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh.

By visiting our website, browsing our menu, communicating with us on WhatsApp, or purchasing any of our gourmet baked goods, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

02 Perishable Bakery Products & Freshness Guarantee

All our brownies, blondies, cookies, cheesecakes, and dessert tubs are slow-baked fresh daily in small batches under the culinary direction of Chef Bharat. Because our creations are made with authentic dairy butter, rich chocolate, and fresh fillings without artificial preservatives:

• Cheesecakes & Tubs: Must be refrigerated between 2°C to 5°C immediately upon receipt and enjoyed within 48 to 72 hours for optimum taste and texture.
• Brownies & Blondies: Can be stored at cool room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerated for up to 7 days in an airtight container. Warm slightly for molten textures.
• Cookies: Keep stored in a dry, sealed jar to retain their crisp edges and soft chewy centers.

03 Ordering & WhatsApp Communication

We provide an online menu catalog and a direct WhatsApp ordering tray to ensure personal care and immediate confirmation. An order is deemed confirmed once our team verifies stock availability and shares the payment receipt/UPI confirmation on WhatsApp.

For signature party cakes (such as the 1kg Chef's Special Brownie Cake) and custom festive hampers, we recommend placing orders at least 4 to 24 hours in advance to ensure fresh batch preparation.

04 Pricing, Taxes & Payment Methods

All prices displayed on our website and menu are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable goods and service taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments are accepted via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), direct bank transfer, or cash on counter pickup. Delivery orders must be prepaid prior to dispatch unless cash-on-delivery is explicitly confirmed by our counter.

05 Local Delivery in Vizag & Store Pickup

We deliver across major residential and commercial hubs in Vizag, including Bakkannapalem, PM Palem, Madhurawada, Rushikonda, MVP Colony, Siripuram, Waltair Uplands, and nearby neighborhoods.

• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses with landmark details and active contact phone numbers.
• Receiver Availability: Because bakery items are heat-sensitive and perishable, our courier will attempt delivery once. If the recipient is unreachable or unavailable, the order will be held for pickup at our bakery counter or re-dispatched at an additional delivery charge.
• Store Pickup: Customers choosing pickup may collect their fresh order from our counter at Fortune Buddha Building between 10:00 AM and 10:30 PM daily.

06 Cancellations & Modifications

Because our desserts are baked fresh and perishable in nature:

• Standard Menu Items: Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 30 minutes after placement, provided baking or dispatch has not commenced.
• Custom & Bulk Cakes: For customized celebration cakes and bulk corporate gifting orders, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Once personalized baking or ribbon assembly has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

07 Damaged Deliveries, Replacements & Refunds

We package every dessert tub, brownie box, and cookie tray in rigid bakery boxes with protective food-grade wraps. In the rare event an item arrives damaged or compromised during courier transport:

Upon verifying the damage, The Sugar Daddy will, at your discretion:

• Immediately dispatch a fresh replacement of the affected product free of charge (subject to batch availability), OR
• Issue a store credit voucher or refund to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.

Note: Minor shifting of loose garnishes, sprinkles, or cocoa dusting caused by standard motorcycle transit is normal and does not constitute transit damage. Taste preferences alone do not qualify for a monetary refund.

08 Allergen & Dietary Advisory

While we clearly designate eggless and vegetarian offerings across our menu, cross-contact with gluten, dairy, or nuts is always possible in an active boutique kitchen. Customers with severe anaphylactic allergies are advised to consult our pastry team on WhatsApp prior to ordering.

09 Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

All logos, graphic marks, dessert recipes, photography, website layouts, and copy belonging to "The Sugar Daddy - Brownies and Cookies" are the intellectual property of our founders. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or distribute our images, brand elements, or menu descriptions for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, India.
